The Big Picture - the Digital, Operations and Change (DOC) Framework -provides a ‘framing’ for considering how the pieces (building blocks) of digital and operations fit together and show the Big Picture of digital.

Almost all change is ‘messy’ but if we (you and I):

• start with a clearer picture of where we are,

• work with your direction and intention and key outcomes,

  then we can find our way, one step and block at a time, to where we want to be.

The DOC Framework has four layers (Direction and Oversight, Mechanics, Core Enablers and Experience) and fifteen components in all.
